The Department of Dairy Science & Technology was established in 1989 with undergraduate program. Today the Department has well equipped laboratories providing theoretical and practical knowledge to the students.
We also help students for skill development in different fields of animal husbandry and dairy science through different activities. The Department runs skill development course namely Diploma in Dairy & Food Processing since 2014-15. It has helped many students for self employment along with providing skilled manpower to dairy industry.
